We are now offering Mask Assembly Kits to patients who need parts to refresh or rebuild their masks. This Assembly Kit includes the mask frame/cushion combo, and, optionally, you can add the headgear.

The Quattro™ Air Full Face Mask Assembly Kit includes the following:

The Quattro™ Air full face mask frame system with one cushion (you may select one of the following:

62752 - Extra Small
62753 - Small
62754 - Medium
62755 - Large

Optional Headgear Selection:

62757 - Small (Only with the Extra Small and Small Frames)
62756 - Standard (Only qith the Medium and Large Frames)

Without the additional headgear, this package only includes the mask cushion and frame.
