The Mirage Quattro™ full face mask frame system with one cushion (you may select one of the following):

61260 - Extra Small
61261 - Small
61262 – Medium
61263 – Large

Optional Headgear Selection:

16118 - Small headgear (only with Small and Extra Small Cushion selection)
16117 – Medium headgear (only with Medium Cushion selection)
16119 – Large headgear (only with Large Cushion selection)

Without the additional headgear, this package only includes the mask cushion and frame.
